All prices in USD. Annual billing applies an exact 20 percent discount. Your data is never deleted because a trial or subscription ended.
- How does the free trial work?
- Starter and Growth start with a 14-day trial. No card required. Agency and Scale start when your first payment is confirmed. When a trial ends your data stays put: premium write operations pause until you subscribe, but nothing is ever deleted because a trial expired.
- Can I pay in my local currency?
- Pricing is published in USD, and billing supports local payment methods including cards and mobile money through our payment partner. Local market currencies are supported across the product, including creator rate cards and withholding tax.
- What counts toward usage limits?
- Customer-visible cost drivers: provider data usage, monitored mentions, AI usage, and premium enrichments. Creator Connect connections are never metered by default.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep access until the end of the paid period. After that the account moves to a read-only state under the plan enforcement policy. Your data is never deleted because a subscription lapsed, and you can export it at any time.
- How is withholding tax handled?
- Creator payments can carry withholding tax depending on country and residency. Brandora computes gross, WHT, and net per payment from configurable rates and produces a remittance-ready export.
- Do creators pay anything?
- No. Creator accounts, Creator Connect, and the public directory are free for creators. Creators own their connections and explicitly authorize each organization that can see their data.
