Delete your data
A social account you connected to brandora is yours, and so is the data we read through it. There are three ways to have it removed, and none of them requires you to ask an agency first.
In your creator portal
Open your connections page and choose Delete on the account you want removed. This is immediate and needs nobody’s approval but yours.
From Instagram itself
Remove brandora in Instagram’s own app settings, under Apps and websites. Instagram tells us, collection stops immediately, and a data deletion request raised this way returns a confirmation code and a status page you can check.
By email
Write to privacy@usebrandora.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. Use this route if you can no longer sign in, or if you want your whole account removed rather than one connection.
What we remove
- The connection itself, and the stored access token
- Every post synced from the account
- Every metric and audience figure collected from it
- Our copy of the profile picture
- The permissions that let an organization see any of it
Instagram serves profile pictures as links that expire, so we keep our own copy to show. It is deleted with everything else.
What stays, and why
A deletion request covers the data Instagram gave us. It does not erase a brand or agency’s own record of work you already did together: roster entries, agreed rates, contracts and campaign history are their business records, and they keep them.
We would rather say so here than quietly do less than this page claims. To ask an organization to remove what it holds about you, contact that organization, or write to us and we will put you in touch.
The full detail of what we read from a connected account, and what we never read, is in section 06 of our privacy policy.
